Shipping Policy
Shay Better Products and Black Betty Boop are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please file a claim with the shipping service to receive compensation. We will do whatever we can on our part, but once the package is in the shipping company's hands we have no control over it.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.
In-Stock Items: In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay in this timeframe, we will contact you immediately.
Pre-Order Items: Pre-Order items will ship when they arrive. Please check the product page details for when the item is estimated to ship. Once your Pre-Order is in stock, your order will ship out in 1-2 business days.
Please Note: Orders that include an in-stock and Pre-Order item will not ship until all items are in stock. For fastest delivery, we suggest placing separate orders. If you currently have an order that includes in-stock and Pre-Order items and would like the in-stock items to ship now, please contact us at support@blackbettyboopshop.com and we will invoice you a separate shipping charge.
