Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Any defects need to be reported within 3 business days after delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We will not accept returns on all over print items that the placement is not to your satisfaction. If you have placement preferences, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the items and make a new purchase from our site.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days depending on your payment method. If items returned are not in their original condition we have the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Any packages that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded less the shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be issued. If the refused delivery was a mistake, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you received a notice that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping company and file a claim. We can try and help the best that we can on our side, but UPS and USPS request that the customer file the claim.
To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.
